Questions about who runs Thang Global and what is being worked on.

What are Jaca Entertainment and FGC?

Thang Online was originally developed by Jaca Entertainment and launched in 2005. FGC is the game company that has been revitalizing Thang Online since January 2024.

In January 2025 FGC signed an exclusive distribution contract with Jaca Entertainment, granting us the legal rights to distribute the game. The contract was signed by Peter Yoon, CEO of Jaca Entertainment.

We keep working to improve the game, grow the community and make the game better to play.

Will Thang Global come to Steam or other platforms?

That is the goal. We are building a new client and upgrading the back end so the game can meet what Steam expects of it.

When will there be more quests?

Soon. A new questing system is in development, and it will let us add new quests and new quest types far more easily than the current one does.

Will you add an item buy-back system?

Yes. It is on the list for the next round of quality of life updates.

Will maps ever have instances?

The team has discussed instances several times. They are on the list of possible future updates, but there is no definite answer yet.
