Om Lit Praga has several chat channels. Each one reaches a different audience, shows up in its own color, and some of them cost Dien to use.

Channels at a glance

Normal

Normal chat only reaches avatars within a certain range of your own, and you see everything said inside that range. Move far enough apart and the conversation disappears. Click Normal, type your message, then press Enter.

Whisper

Whisper is a private conversation with one player. Nobody else sees it and distance does not matter. Click Whisper, type the name of the player in the name slot, type your message, then press Enter.

To reply to the last person who whispered you, press Ctrl + L.

Party

Only members of your party see party chat. Other parties and unpartied players do not, and distance between members does not matter as long as everyone is on the same server. Click Party Talk, type your message, then press Enter.

Shout

Shout reaches every avatar on your server regardless of distance, and needs Level 15 or above. Type /shout or /$ followed by your message, then press Enter. Every shout costs 100 Dien.

Bigshout

Bigshout reaches every avatar on every server and needs Level 50 or above. Type /bigshout or /% followed by your message, then press Enter. Every bigshout costs 600 Dien.

Blocking a player

Blocking hides everything a player says to you. While that player is on your server, type /blockfriend followed by their name. A message appears at the top of your screen confirming the change.

To check it worked, press B to open your friends list and switch to the Blocked tab. The player should be listed there.
